For the past 2 month, Havenwood has been my Mom and Dad's new home.  Each visit reminds my sister's and I how fortunate we feel for choosing Havenwood.
But within the first few days, I witnessed how truly amazing the Havenwood team is.
My Dad's falling brought my parents to their new home.  And within 3 days my Dad fell.  Not remembering to push the emergency button in their bathroom, he called me to rush down to help.
On a separate phone, we alerted the staff of what had happened.
What happened was simply amazing.

I was at Havenwood today visiting my father.  I overheard Kristin on a tour with potential residents.  She was doing an amazing job describing all the benefits of Havenwood.   Every time I see her, she always has a smile on her face.  She treats my father with respect and will always bring a smile to his face and make him laugh. I couldn't think of a better place for my father to live.
